Chef Louie - Started in the kitchen with Nona as young child. He quickly learned the art of the family recipes. Cooking quickly became Louie's passion and found his life calling. For the last 50 years Louie has been an avid restaurateur owning a multitude of successful restaurants.

Chef Harry - Harry grew up with a chef/father who taught at the culinary institute of America at its inception. After traveling through Europe and around the world he finally found his calling in the restaurant business. Having a life long passion for pizza he developed what most say is the best they ever had. Harry has had 6 establishments and has teamed up with Louie his oldest life long friend.
